"I had the privilege of training under the guidance of Alyssa, a remarkable yoga instructor who has made a profound impact on my athletic journey. Alyssa's expertise in yoga and her personalized approach to training have significantly contributed to my improvement in both endurance running and jiujitsu. My recent goal was to hit a sub 5 minute mile in an upcoming race. Alyssa guided me with stretches and breathing techniques to improve my performance in the coming months. 

 

What sets Alyssa apart is her ability to adapt her teaching style to the individual needs of her students. She took the time to understand my unique goals and limitations, creating a yoga regimen that directly addressed my weaknesses and improved my strengths.
