FIRST VISIT ASSESSMENT:
YOGA THERAPY SESSION
90 minutes
A starting point session which allows you to dive deeper into our layers of being. We begin with comprehensive assessments of your physical makeup, breathing patterns, mental and emotional evaluation and lifestyle habits. We focus on a goal/intention and use the tools and practices of yoga to support you on your journey. The focus is on helping you to reconnect with and rejuvenate your body, mind and spirit. Finding balance and harmony.
Each session may also be infused with assisted stretching, reiki,
somatic Thai massage, fascial energy release, audio recordings, and infographics
*No previous experience with yoga or stretching needed
*Practices are personalized for you.*
YOGA THERAPY FOLLOW UP

These sessions are to support, enhance or alter existing yoga therapy treatment plan as you progress along your journey or encounter life changes..

EXPRESSIVE ART FUSION
90 minutes
60 minutes
A session that may be a combination of yoga practices
to engage in the process of art making.

Learn ways to tap into the creative life force energy, in the flow through various movement towards embodiment, meditation and breathwork practices

Explore different outlets for creative expression/freedom (through various art mediums, nature, dance/movement, poetry, writing, journaling, music, collage making, beading)

Therapeutic outlets for mindfulness/stress reduction
*No previous experience with yoga, art making or stretching needed

Public Group Classes
Join me in public group yoga classes. I offer mixed level, assessible classes. The classes I teach consist of invitational language guiding you through fluid movements that are aligned with the breath, bringing us back home to ourselves.
Classes can help to cultivate an inward focused attention.
It consist of grounding through warmups, building up a flow and finishing with a cool down for complete relaxation and intergration.
